Saturday, 4-8 …. and we have a Lao Special.
Mom Made Lao Pork Sausage “Sai Oua”
(Pork rump, pork belly, lemongrass, kaffir, galangal, shallot, garlic, rice and delicious spices).
We eat it with “sticky rice” [khao niew] and a “jeow” (Lao chutney) and something Fresca (in photo English cucumbers)
